 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING between RESEARCH AND CONSULTING INSTITUTE AT UNIVERSITY OF TABUK and ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS


On Wednesday 10.09.2025 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Research and Consulting Institute at University of Tabuk and ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS to mark the beginning of an academic and business relation between the two entities. This kind of cooperation is essential to bridge the gap between universities and business communities.


The Memorandum of Understanding is the first step to establish a collaborative framework. This cooperation will offer practical insights and real-world application for academic thinking. Furthermore, The Research and Consulting Institute at University of Tabuk Will provide foundational research and educational resources and ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS will bring innovation and develop skilled workforce to create tangible solutions not just in areas such as design and creativity but to the whole business environment.


It is expected that this MOU will define the nature of the structure of a future and higher level of commitment and detailed agreement that will give broader perspective to this cooperation.

The facility includes four major sections: classrooms, administration, laboratories, recreation facilities, and an auditorium. All four sections are connected to the main atrium.   King Abdulaziz International Airport City The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) requested five real estate developers to submit conceptual proposals for the plot located in front of the main terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. Covering an area of over 900,000 square meters, the project offers direct access to the Al Haaramain Railway Station and the main terminal. ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS was selected by Al Andalus Real Estate Development Company to submit the architectural conceptual proposal to GACA. Poisoned on a highly valuable and strategically important site, the project represents a significant landmark for King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.  Ministry of Commerce Riyadh, Saudi Arabia The Ministry of Commerce headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was constructed in the late 1970s, succeeding an initial two-story building erected in the early 1950s to house the country’s first Ministry of Commerce.  In response to the increasing number of users and the evolving urban landscape, the Ministry of Commerce initiated a project to upgrade its main complex in Riyadh and to redesign the façade of its office building. Following a competitive selection process, ABDULLAH ALZEER + PARTNERS was appointed to redesign the site plan with objectives to alleviate traffic congestion caused by the mixed-use nature of the ministry’s complex and to develop solutions for the complexities associated with its three entrances.
